Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Genisys Group of companies, Ashok was born in Tanzania and immigrated to the UK in 1967.
He takes a leading role in all day to day aspects of the business and heads the Senior Management Team. His administrative, communication and personnel development skills are at the forefront of his leadership.
Ashok as an entrepreneur started the Genisys Group with 5 employees in 1985 and has developed it into a global business with operations in 3 continents.
Ashok is a nuclear physicist by education and graduated from the University of London. He has over 29 years of experience in Business Management. Ashok joined Eastern Gas Board in 1975 working in IT with ICL 1904 computers and moved to Fiat in 1978, where he worked with IBM 370 and IBM 4300 mainframe computers.
Ashok is also a Trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, UK.

Lingaraj has over 20 years of experience in Marketing & Operations with a thorough understanding of the outsourcing and off-shoring models. His commitment to Quality & Processes has benefited customers & staff alike at the Genisys Group over the years.
Lingaraj is responsible for Genisys’ India and US operations and also heads the Outsourcing Solutions business of the group. His leadership at Genisys is characterised by a strong administrative acumen along with a keen commercial sense matched with his knowledge of technology & outsourcing.
Prior to Genisys, Lingaraj has worked with companies like UB Information & Consultancy Services Ltd., South Asian Computers Ltd and Computek.

Director Operations for Genisys Software UK, Geoff is entirely responsible for promoting and providing Outsourcing Services to our customers in the United Kingdom. Geoff is actively involved and plays a pivotal role in the growth of Genisys Software. He is also responsible for the management of key accounts in the United Kingdom.
Prior to Genisys, Geoff was with Wentworth Computer Holdings, as its Technical Director.

Director Operations, Genisys Enterprise UK, Dave comes with over 20 years of experience in IT sales. He is responsible for all operations within Genisys Enterprise with a sharp focus on the growth of the sales and technical teams. With his vast sales experience, Dave also commands active support of key Enterprise accounts in addition to maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Commercial Director Genisys Software, UK, Andy, along with heading the BPO division in UK, is also actively involved in the commercial aspects of the company.
Andy joined Genisys Software in 1996, and comes with experience of over 25 years in managing businesses in the software, IT and communications industries. He holds a honours degree in Computer Science and Economics.
